Skin & Mind In Your Pocket is a personalised WhatsApp voice note coaching experience designed to help you improve your skin, wellbeing, habits and confidence in a calm and realistic way.

Think of it as having experienced support in your pocket when life, stress or your skin begin to feel overwhelming.

Instead of trying to navigate everything alone, you have somebody to help guide you, encourage you and gently keep you moving forward.

This is not therapy.
It is not medical treatment.
And it is not a strict wellness programme.

It is supportive, nervous-system-aware coaching focused on helping you feel healthier physically and emotionally whilst improving your relationship with your skin and yourself.

YOUR COACHING WINDOWS

Sessions are booked in advance during dedicated coaching windows.

Morning Session
10:00am – 12:00pm

Afternoon Session
1:00pm – 3:00pm

During your booked window, you will have access to personalised voice note coaching, support and guidance through WhatsApp.

Because life does not happen neatly between appointments.

The difficult moments happen in real time.
The overwhelm happens in real time.
And often, support is most valuable in those moments.
