When making your booking, you will need to leave payment details to secure your appointment: payment will be taken after your treatment. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, we will refund the deposit. Please note, however, that booking fees are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. If you don’t attend your appointment and have not cancelled it, or fail to give us 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, we will need to charge you the full amount of the treatment. For information about what to do if you feel unwell before an appointment, please see the Cancellations and Rescheduling section below.
Be sure to have the right treatment booked. Always check with Sarah.
This is a preventive measure for our little business. Please don’t get offended by this. Your protection is our protection.
Payment plans: you will not be able to have any more treatments until you have credit in the plan. This has caused me a lot of problems as people were cancelling the plans after they had the treatment, which is unfair. The money is lost if you cancel the plan, so be sensible. This becomes a debt if you cancel your plan and needs to be paid in full immediately.
Please respect my policies.
Payment for training
Payment for all in-person training will now be taken 48 hours prior to your course (owing money is not permitted). You agree to these policies when you make a purchase either online or in person.
