Serves 2
80g porridge oats
400ml skimmed milk
Pinch freshly ground nutmeg
Pinch ground ginger
½ tsp ground cinnamon
50g dried cranberries
1 Apple grated
Small handful nuts of your choice
1 tbsp runny honey
Mix the oats, milk, ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon together in a saucepan and place over a medium heat. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 6 minutes, stirring, until nice and thick.
Stir through the cranberries and grated apple.
Divide into 2 bowls and trop with a few nuts and a drizzle of honey.
