Welcome to my page, where I share my journey of self-discovery and healing. From a young age, I always felt a deep connection to the emotions and energies of others. I experienced pain and heartache that wasn’t my own, and I felt a strong desire to help those in need.
Despite being labeled as hypersensitive, I now understand that my sensitivity is a gift that allows me to connect with others on a deeper level. I made the decision to remove myself from overwhelming environments and focus on my own healing journey.
Through my experiences and training as a Reiki Master, I have gained a deeper awareness of myself and the world around me. I have learned to channel my energy into helping others find their own healing and inner peace. I have also expanded my knowledge to include nutrition and holistic healing practices to support the mind and body.
My passion for healing extends to my other business, Skin and Mind, where I offer services that nourish and rejuvenate both the body and spirit. I believe that we all deserve love and understanding, and I am dedicated to sharing positive energy and healing with those in need.
