0% fat yogurt or light cream cheese
Lemon curd
Lemon zest
Skimmed milk
Digestive biscuits
Raspberries
Method:
Cut your filo into small squares
Oil cupcake or muffin tins
Place the squares in the tin spaces
Adding skimmed milk then layer pastry 7 times.
Cook for 8 mins at 160C
Cool
The cheeky mix:
Cream cheese or yogurt
Lemon curd
Lemon zest
Stir together
Place on the nests
Add sprinkles of raspberries and digestives
