Ingredients:
– 40g dried wholewheat spaghetti
– 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
– 200g cooked, peeled prawns, thawed if frozen and drained
– 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed or finely grated
– 1-1½ tsp crushed dried chilli flakes
– Finely grated zest and juice of 1 small lemon

Instructions:
1. Half fill a large pan with water and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the cooked prawns, garlic, and chilli flakes. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring regularly.
3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan with the prawns. Add the lemon zest and juice. Toss everything together well and season with salt and pepper.
4. Serve the prawn spaghetti with chilli and lemon in warmed bowls.
