About this space

Whole upper floor separate entrance. Large room/studio with en suite shower/toilet, fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine with an incredible breathtaking panoramic sea view – beautiful Terrace with sun beds/umbrella in quiet area of Upper Lagonisi/Kalivia Thorikou. Independent stairs/entrance. 25 min drive from Athens Airport. Transportation is definitely needed but a local taxi service can take you to beach and restaurant area. Breakfast options.

The space

The studio/room is totally independent from the downstairs part of the building with a separate entrance and the big terrace is only for guests. There is an alleyway on the property you go through to reach the 18 stairs up to the terrace.

There is a kitchen at the bottom
Part of the house which is private – but if needed, I can cook anything for you.

Other things to note

Transportation is definitely recommended but there is a local taxi service available. As throughout Greece, there are a few cats hanging out in the garden but at the bottom part of the building.
