Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup plus some for drizzling.
3 walnuts roughly chopped
Small handful of dried cranberries.
Method
Mix your yogurt, chia seeds, and syrup in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
Divide between 2 bowls, drizzle over a little more maple syrup, sprinkle over your walnuts and cranberries.
