Deconstructed cheeseburger wraps

Serves 2

250g lean minced beef

1 tbsp Worcester sauce

2 tbsp tomato ketchup

1 tbsp sundried tomato purée

1/4 onion finely chopped

4 flour tortillas

Mustard

2 tomatoes sliced

1 little gem lettuce sliced

1 cup of grated cheddar

Brown your mince in a large frying pan on medium/high heat, add your Worcestershire sauce, purée, ketchup, diced onion and season.

Reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes or so until nicely cooked.

Sprinkle some cheese down the center of each tortilla. Add a couple of tbsp of your beef mixture over the cheese.

Drizzle a little mustard on top of the beef, add a couple of tomato slices, top with some lettuce and roll up each tortilla up.

Cut each wrap in half and enjoy.
