Ingredients:

Chia seeds
Coconut milk ( the top layer
Set over night )
Maple syrup
Banana
Redcurrants
Seeds or nuts

Method:

Mix together the coconut milk and chia seeds and set it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, simply add the rest of the ingredients (you can add any fruits, seeds and nuts you like) for an absolutely delicious, filling and nutritious cheeky breakfast pot!
