Serves 2

500g  FAT FREE Greek yoghurt
80g maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g of mixed berries of your choice (I used fresh black cherries)
50g walnuts roughly chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon
25g chia seeds
Generous grating of nutmeg

In a bowl mix together the yoghurt, maple syrup and vanilla.
In another bowl mix your walnuts, chia seeds, cinnamon & nutmeg.
Set out 2 glasses/jars
Pour 80g of yoghurt mixture in each one, top with 1 tbsp of nut mixture, add 2 tbsp of mixed berries and then repeat.

Do layers of Yoghurt, nut mixture and berries until all ingredients are used up.
Cover in cling film and pop in the fridge.
