Ingredients

60g self raising flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
15g melted low fat butter
60ml skimmed milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g blueberries
50g strawberries cut in half
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 dessert spoon of caster sugar

Method

Heat your oven to 180 degrees and line a small baking dish (roughly 18cm x 18) with baking paper. Pop your flour, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon into a bowl, stir in the melted butter, milk, egg and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Pour into your dish, sprinkle over your fruit and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Slice up and enjoy
