INGREDIENTS
225g banana, mashed 120g cashew butter 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 5. Line a 12-case mini muffin pan with mini muffin liners. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth. Transfer mixture to the muffin liners. Place in the oven and cook for 13-15 minutes (an inserted skewer should come out clean). Allow to cool and store in the fridge.
