Makes 2 quite thick pancakes

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana mashed
1/2 cup oats
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
Honey to drizzle

Method:

Pop everything in a bowl and give it a good mix. Heat a frying pan with a little coconut oil on medium heat and add half a cup of your mixture. Cook for a couple of minutes each side until cooked through and nice and browned both sides. Tuck in!
