1 jointed chicken
1/2 butternut Squash cut into large chunks
Smoked Paprika
Fresh Thyme
4 garlic cloves peeled
Place your squash into an oven proof dish, drizzle over a little oil and toss to combine, pop your garlic, chicken breasts, thighs & legs amongst the squash. Season, dust all over with paprika. Nestle 3 or 4 sprigs of thyme in the dish.
Roast on 180 for a hour.
