After this week’s challenge, I thought you may like to give the fruit lollies a try.
It’s a great way to get the kids eating fruit, there is no added sugar, colourings or nasties.
It’s a great way to cool down and get fruit into your diet.
You can use any fruit and juice that takes your fancy but I used:
1 kiwi πŸ₯
4 strawberries πŸ“
Handful of blueberries 🫐
2 apricots πŸ‘
Natural white grape juice.
Slice all of your fruit, pop into lolly moulds, top up with your juice and freeze!
