Ingredients:
Half a jar of mincemeat
5 cooked chestnuts
Handful of walnuts
Puff pastry (pre-made for ease)
Coconut or brown sugar
Skimmed milk
Cinnamon if you wish
Icing sugar
Method:
Blend the nuts and mincemeat in a processor
Lay out your pastry
Place mincemeat and nuts mix on pastry when whizzed leaving the edges not covered in mincemeat – leave a little gap
Roll up carefully
Milk wash the pastry
Sprinkle your sugar over the top
Cut into slices
Sprinkle cinnamon over the slices
Bake at 180 degrees for 15/20 mins, then cool and sprinkle sugar over
