2 Salmon fillets

Coconut oil

Handful of fine green beans

1/2 red onion sliced

Red pepper sliced

Handful of mushrooms chopped

1 garlic clove grated

Thumb size piece of ginger grated

2 tbsp light soy sauce

Pop your salmon in a dish with the soy, garlic & ginger to marinade.

Heat 2 frying pans with a little coconut oil.

Stir fry your veg until cooked through

Fry your salmon for a couple of minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking
