2 large fresh beef tomatoes sliced
150g mozzarella sliced
Handful of fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 petit pain or small bread rolls
1 garlic clove

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Arrange your mozzarella and tomatoes alternating on a plate, scatter basil leaves all over, drizzle with olive oil, balsamic and a few grinds of fresh black pepper and salt.
Leave at room temperature while you prepare your bread.

Cut your rolls in half.
Peel your garlic and rub all over one side of your cut rolls.

Drizzle with a little olive oil and pop them in the oven for a few minutes to crisp up.
